The INSPIRE European Directive is going to specify the Implementing Rules for Annexes II and III .
Those Annexes are comprised of important thematisms which stem from Earth Observation and Geosciences .
That activity might result extremely useful for GEO SIF, as well. Geosciences Community must involved in such a process.
To address that, EGU (European Geosciences Union), OGC, and INSPIRE jointly organized a Town Hall meeting at the next EGU General Assembly meeting (Vienna, 3-7 May 2010). The event is entitled " Implementing the INSPIRE European Directive: a Geoscience perspective"
