It's been a while since I’ve worked within NESIS, but I think it is worth to mention the project in context of this group's scope. NESIS aimed at defining the State of Play of Environmental Information Systems in the EIONET member states and to develop an ICT roadmap for SEIS, including the impact of its implementation.
